RETURNS

We want you to enjoy your experience with Isabella Ceccato Design and feel amazing wearing your piece. If something isn’t quite right, we will work with you to resolve it.

We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds on selected full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn (other than trying on for fit)

  • In original, pristine condition. Items showing signs of wear may not be accepted.

  • Free from damage, alteration, or resizing.

  • Securely packaged for return. While original packaging is not required, items must be safely and securely wrapped to prevent damage in transit.

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law:

  • Bespoke, custom-made, personalised or resized pieces.

  • Made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards.

EARRINGS

Due to hygiene considerations, we may decline returns on earrings that show signs of wear or handling. Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both our customers and our studio.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Where eligible, returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit. Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available on eligible full-priced items within the 14-day return period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Where the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us via our website or at studio@isabellaceccatodesign.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.All returns must be approved by Isabella Ceccato Design prior to being sent.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or required to be returned under the Australian Consumer Law.We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund (if a repair or replacement is not possible), in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Isabella Ceccato Design.

Our pieces are covered by a 24-month warranty for manufacturing faults. For further information about what is covered, as well as our repair services, please refer to our Warranty & Repairs Policy atwww.isabellaceccatodesign.com/warranty.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service.
