SHIPPING
At Isabella Ceccato Design, we want your precious orders to arrive safely, with as little drama as possible.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Sydney studio. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
PRODUCTION
Ready to Ship items are in stock and immediately available for dispatch.
Made to Order production time ranges from piece to piece. Please refer to individual product listings for estimated production times.
Custom and Bespoke pieces take 6-8 weeks after deposit has been received and design has been finalised.
Production begins the first business day after purchase.
DISPATCH
Once your piece of jewellery is ready, pieces are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
DELIVERY
Once an order has been accepted by Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside our control and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other circumstances affecting the postal network.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free Express Post shipping Australia-wide on all domestic orders.
All domestic orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post with tracking. All orders require Signature on Delivery. This ensures your piece arrives safely and is received by you or someone authorised at the delivery address.
Estimated delivery times within Australia:
Metro areas: approximately 1–3 business days
Regional areas: approximately 2–5 business days
Rural or remote areas: approximately 3–7 business days
These time frames are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to postal network delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability, delivery times, and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. If international shipping is available for your country, the applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, international service disruptions, or destination country import requirements.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an international order where shipping restrictions, customs requirements, service disruptions, or other practical limitations make delivery unavailable or unreasonable.

New Zealand: approximately 2–5 business days
Asia Pacific: approximately 2–6 business days
UK & Europe: approximately 3-6 business days
United States & Canada: approximately 3–7 business days
Rest of world: approximately 4–10 business days
These delivery time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
For security reasons, Signature on Delivery is required.
If you ask us to remove the signature requirement or otherwise authorise delivery without a signature, we may agree to this at our discretion. However, where permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after the parcel has been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, including where you request Authority to Leave, Safe Drop, or delivery to an unattended address.
Please note that certain shipping protections may not be available where delivery without signature is requested.
