WARRANTY
Every piece of Isabella Ceccato Design jewellery is made to be worn, loved and lived in.
We’re proud of the craftsmanship behind every design, made with care and designed to last.
We offer a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you.
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults such as faulty settings or clasps, structural defects, or faults in materials. In such cases, we will assess the piece and, where appropriate, repair or replace the item at no cost.
Your jewellery may feature textures, patinas and finishes that are designed to evolve with normal wear over time. This is part of its character and not considered a fault.
To the extent permitted by law, our warranty does not cover general wear and tear (including scratches, dents or surface damage), loss or theft, or damage or breakage caused by improper care, neglect, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, or third-party modifications.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your jewellery is made to last and to be lived in. With a little care, it will stay with you for years to come. We recommend reviewing our Care Guide for tips on how to keep your pieces looking their sparkly best.
REPAIRS
We are always happy to assist with repairs beyond the warranty period where possible.
All repairs are subject to assessment. We will provide a quote prior to commencing any work. Costs and turnaround times will vary depending on the nature and complexity of the repair.
