All jewellery is handmade and may feature slight variations in shape, size and finish. These variations are part of the nature of handcrafted work and do not constitute faults.As we work with natural gemstones, variations in colour, inclusions and appearance may occur. These are natural characteristics and not defects.We make every effort to accurately display the colours and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee exact colour or detail accuracy due to variations in screens and devices.We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer.We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.Nothing in this section excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

PRICES

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of publication.Due to market volatility and fluctuations in material costs (particularly precious metals such as gold), prices may vary at any time without notice.All quotes provided by Isabella Ceccato Design are stated in AUD and are valid for 14 calendar days.Purchases made from outside Australia may be affected by currency exchange rates and additional charges. Import duties or taxes may be applied by your local customs authority and are your responsibility.

PAYMENTS

Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the available payment methods provided through our website.We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payment methods are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the relevant provider.If your payment provider refuses or does not authorise payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to process your order.For security and privacy reasons, we do not store any payment information. We are not liable for any charges or penalties imposed by third-party payment providers.Isabella Ceccato Design gift cards are valid for use on our website. Gift cards may not be replaced if lost or stolen and expire 36 months from the date of issue. Any remaining balance must be used prior to expiry.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.We reserve the right to accept, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.A binding contract is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation.You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all purchases and to promptly update this information if it changes.

PURCHASE OPTIONS

MADE TO ORDER

Many of our pieces are made to order. Production timeframes are specified at the time of purchase and begin from the first business day after your order is accepted.As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur and production timelines may vary. Timeframes provided are estimates only and do not include shipping.Please ensure all details (including sizing, metal type, and specifications) are correct before placing your order, as changes may not be possible once production has begun.

READY TO SHIP

Items marked as “Ready to Ship” are intended for dispatch within the stated timeframe.In rare cases, stock discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and offered a replacement, store credit, or refund.

BESPOKE & PERSONALISED PIECES

Bespoke, custom-made and personalised pieces are created specifically for you in collaboration with Isabella Ceccato Design.Due to the unique and tailored nature of these pieces:They are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.Design approvals (including sketches, measurements, and specifications) must be confirmed before production begins.Once approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.Production timeframes for bespoke pieces will vary depending on the design and will be communicated during the consultation process.By proceeding with a bespoke or personalised order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

RING SIZING

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate ring sizing prior to purchase. We recommend professional sizing where possible.To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided at the time of order.Resizing services may be available at an additional cost.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or couriers.Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase.To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with shipping providers or delivery services.For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

We offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on selected full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.Personalised, custom-made and bespoke jewellery pieces are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.Approved returns will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt and inspection.Please refer to our full Returns Policy at www.isabellaceccatodesign.com/returns for more information. WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

WARRANTY

We offer a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing faults.This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, third-party repairs or modifications, or loss.This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

REPAIRS

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.Nothing in these Terms or our Policies excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
